Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time:

We process your order within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and availability.

2. Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

A shipping charge of ₹40 will be applied on orders below ₹499.

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via email/SMS, allowing you to track your order status.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

5. International Shipping:

Currently, we only provide shipping services within India. International delivery is not available.

6. Incorrect Address:

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be required to pay additional charges for re-shipping.
