Wire Cutting Abilities

It has a good wire cutting ability and can easily cut through soft (74 to 84 kg/sq. mm), as well as hard (140 kg/sq. mm) wires.

Tough Construction

It is crafted with special grade steel and is hardened and tempered to give it a tough body (45-48 HRC). The rivet is made of carbon steel that makes it durable, even for long-term use. The plier is drop forged with high carbon steel and is heat treated scientifically.

Cutting Edges

These are made sharp and precise, so you get a good angle to easily cut hard and soft wires neatly. The cutting edges are individually induction-hardened to give them a hardness of 55/60 HRC, so they don’t get damaged even when cutting hard wires.

Insulation

The insulation sleeves, made from good quality CA plastic for durability, ensure safe operation for electrical projects and will not break or crack even if it falls. The sleeves are kept thick to give you a comfortable grip. The thumb protector on the sleeves minimises the risk of electric shocks. It is insulation tested up to 2800 V DC or 4000 V AC.
